Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness shows as a teenager. In just one year she was granted her professional card when she was 17. Thus becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her college education. She came back in 2015 and picked up her previous place of taking part in elite contests including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several years after her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. At the close of 2009, she won four more fitness awards. Also, year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. In October of 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished at third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any expectations. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over rows with single arm pull downs with lats. She will warm up prior to working on the sets. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Converting all the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
